2017 Rosé of Grenache, Paso Robles 

Picked early for rosé, Templeton Gap Grenache and a little very racy Giornata Barbera receive a few moments of skin contact before being shuffled in to small stainless steel barrels to undergo a slow, native yeast fermentation. Dry, fresh, and pure, this has everything we want in rosé (subtle fruit and flowers, minerals, acidity) and nothing we don't (sweetness, heaviness, oak, etc.).
